SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a growing high-tech manufacturing environment. This is a fully onsite position offering a stable Monday through Friday schedule and the opportunity to work with a collaborative team supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics operations.

Schedule & Compensation

* 100% onsite position

* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

* Competitive pay: $22-$26 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, package, label, and process outbound shipments.

* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products.

* Assemble kits and stage materials for production and customer orders.

* Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.

* Load, unload, and organize inventory while maintaining accurate records.

* Ensure shipments are processed accurately and on schedule.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

* Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.

* Work closely with operations, purchasing, and production teams to support daily business needs.

Required Qualifications

* Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations.

* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or shipping systems.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment.

* Experience with international shipping documentation and procedures.

* Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.

* Background in high-tech manufacturing, electronics, or industrial environments.
